Trouble is, atheism doesn’t provide any fertile soil for this. 41% of all deaths in the 20th C were by atheist regimes. If Jesus is real, then what you desire (love etc) is an objective part of this universe.
And as for “internal hopes”:
1. Genetic fallacy – showing how someone believes doesn’t disprove it
2. There’s empirical study showing atheism is a desire to kill the father figure.

By all this, looks like the problem is not people being gay. The problem is the people who think they have the authority to judge, to hate and to discriminate gay people. Let’s say God exists and the bible is true, it doesn’t say that people should hate homosexuals. If ever homosexuality is wrong, it is equally wrong, to hate, to call someone fag, to beat up someone, to kill someone because one thinks that person is gay. Why not focusing on being happy and to love each other.

If God had given his Word to men in the 21st century, we wouldn’t be having this discussion. People need to learn to seperate the essence of what God is telling them from the venue he used to express it.

Actually they missed it…moses wrote three set of laws….obey thy mother is an example of what became universal for gentiles…keep the sabbath is an example of laws set only for israel.
